Engaging youth to reach their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development." The goal of 4-H is to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility and life skills of youth through experiential learning programs and a positive youth development approach. With help from donors, statewide scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors and college-attending students.
The mission of 4-H is to provide meaningful opportunities for all youth and adults to work together to create sustainable community change. This is accomplished within three primary content areas, or mission areas – civic engagement and leadership, healthy living, and science.
Programs for everyone! STEM, Healthy Living, Civic Engagement, Shooting Sports/Archery, and Agriculture.
Students in grades 7-12 can join and should attend monthly meetings. Cost to join is $10. See Lauren Seal for more information. lauren.rasmussen@lincolnschools.org
